- Current upperclassman Music/Music Education Major with an expected graduation date of May 2023 to May 2025.
- Desire to pursue Choral Arts Education
- Aural Music Skills and a firm grasp of Music Theory
- Excellent Communication
- Positive Attitude
- Knowledge of Copyright Law
- Previous Choral/Instrumental Conducting Experience
- Ability to delegate
- 501c3 non-profit experience
